Noctua Labs ("Noctua", "we", "our") operates the website noctualabs.tech. As a specialized browser identity and edge security research organization, we enforce strict zero-logging and privacy-by-design standards across all public endpoints and platform services.

1. Information Handling & Zero-Persistence Principles

We collect only the minimal data required to establish encrypted correspondence or evaluate platform performance:

• Encrypted Intake Messages: Information voluntarily submitted through our intake portal (Name, Organization, Email, Message) is routed server-side over TLS 1.3 directly to encrypted mail storage. Contact details are never written to client-side scripts or public repositories.
• PGP Encrypted Correspondence: Sensitive operational communications encrypted with our PGP public key remain end-to-end encrypted.
• Edge Diagnostic Telemetry: Network request metadata (IP addresses, user agents, headers) processed by Axiom Zero edge proxies is evaluated entirely in volatile RAM ring buffers (/dev/shm) and immediately purged upon session teardown. No persistent client IP logs are retained.

2. Zero Data Monetization or Brokerage

Noctua Labs does not sell, lease, trade, or monetize customer or visitor telemetry. We do not integrate third-party ad trackers, tracking cookies, or commercial analytics scripts into our website or product distributions.

3. Security Controls & Data Retention

All stored contact intake records are retained exclusively for the duration of the active business engagement and are permanently shredded upon project completion or upon written request.
