These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and evaluation of the website noctualabs.tech, Noctua Engine SDK, and Axiom Zero edge security platform.

1. Authorized Commercial & Research Use

Access to Noctua Labs software, evaluation benchmarks, and documentation is granted solely for authorized enterprise evaluation, legitimate security research, and defensive infrastructure protection. Unauthorized reverse-engineering, dynamic hook tampering, or automated denial-of-service attempts against Noctua infrastructure are strictly prohibited.

2. Intellectual Property & Trade Secret Protections

All software binaries, C++ architecture schematics, hardware telemetry matrices, compiled containers, and proprietary documentation remain the exclusive intellectual property of Noctua Labs. Evaluation access grants no license to transfer, redistribute, or reverse-engineer core software components without a executed Master Services Agreement (MSA).

3. Confidentiality & NDA Obligations

Technical briefings, benchmarking datasets, and raw forensic audit logs shared during evaluation phases constitute proprietary trade secrets and are subject to executed Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
